Abstract

The group of patients with plutonium pneumosclerosis of different degree of heaviness was examinated. The hemodynamic disruption by these patients is demonstrated to have the same character and trend as by pneumosclerosis of the other etiology. At the same time the certain peculiarity is an effaced clinical picture of cor pulmonale – the lack of isolated right ventricular failure even by seriously ill patients.

Key words
Plutonium pneumosclerosis, clinical picture, pulmonary heart, isolated right ventricular failure, functional state, cardiovascular system.
