Abstract

Modified method for quantitative estimation of gamma-radiation mutagenic activity in moderate doses (0,5-1,5 Gy) by chromosomal aberrations yield in mouse bone marrow cells by means of short time of cells fixation is described in the article. It demonstrates high radiosensitivity and repeatability. The method allows to obtain the cytogenetic preparations during one day.
