Abstract
For the analysis of the liquidators' health, the annual coarse morbidity and morbidity indicators per 100,000 people were used, calculated according to the state level of the RSMDR both for the Registry as a whole and for its individual regional centers. The main results of the analysis show an increase in the incidence of the cohort of liquidators when compared with similar all-Russian indicators. This refers to the general morbidity, pathology of the endocrine system, mental illnesses, cardiovascular diseases, etc. The reasons for the deterioration of the health of the liquidators have not yet been established, because the health of this category of the population, in addition to radiation exposure, is also influenced by risk factors of the non-radiation nature: professional , behavioral, environmental, etc. The possibility of implementing the so-called phenomenon of the population level at the population level is not ruled out. "rejuvenation" of diseases, when diseases characteristic of a certain age period arise in younger people. It is the discrepancy of the real and biological ages in the liquidators can cause a persistent increase in the prevalence of diseases with a relative stability of morbidity rates over the past five years. time, this picture is most typical for increasing the proportion of chronic pathology in the overall structure of diseases. The detection of pathology, mainly, one hundred but the diseases that are established during the screening process are not easily curable, the latter is largely due to the curtailment of social programs among the controlled contingent, the deepening of the economic crisis, the deterioration in health financing, and a number of psychoemotional features of the liquidators and the situation in which they found themselves.
