Registration

If you plan to attend the Conference and/or submit an abstract for eBook of abstracts, you must register for the conference.

No registration fee for the Conference is charged. The registration allows attending the Conference sessions and social events, submitting abstracts of the Conference, getting information materials, receiving the Certificate of Attendance, as well as requesting invitation letter needed for visa obtaining.

Visa information

To attend the Conference you are required to have a valid passport, health insurance, return tickets and valid Russian tourist visa, if necessary.

If you need a visa, please note that obtaining Russian tourist visa is your responsibility.

We advise you to visit official site of the Russian Embassy or the nearest Russian Consulate in your country and learn about visa requirements before applying for visa.
It is advisable to apply for visa in advance as this can be time consuming process.

Supporting documents

If you need supporting documents for Russian tourist visa application, Organizing committee of the Conference can provide a letter of invitation to registered attendees.   • your full name as it appears on your passport;
  • date of birth;
  • your travel document number;
  • your affiliation;
  • your nationality.

Important notice: You will need to register for the Conference before your request for an invitation letter for Russian tourist visa application can be processed.
We will send you the invitation letter as pdf within 5 working days after receiving your request.
