Results of examination of workers of radiochemical facilities are given. The obtained data allow one to say that some of them develop myocardiodistrophy in the period of formation of chronic radiation sickness. In further 6 years symptoms of aterosclerotic cardiosclerosis appeared in spite of termination of their work under ionizing radiation.
