Abstract

Transport of radionuclides from soil to plants in the area affected by the radioactive fallout result from the explosion in 1953 is discussed in the article. Quantitative parameters of accumulating radionuclides in plants and their change with increasing the distance from the epicenter of the ground nuclear explosion are considered.
