Abstract

The article summarizes the results of the activities of the medical service of the National Radiation and Epidemiological Register for monitoring the quality of medical information in the field of oncology and causes of death, which enters the state level of the Russian State Medical Dosimetry Registry (RNMDR). The main directions of organizational measures to control the quality of medical information are described, allowing to objectively assess the level and content of work of each regional center (RC) and determine tactics for further improving the functioning of the RGMDR.
